  • At Whalers, we welcome all well-behaved dogs to join their owners for a meal on our outdoor deck area.

    In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers, we have established the following policy for all dog owners who wish to dine with their dogs:

    1. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed on our outdoor deck area. If your dog displays aggressive behavior towards people or other dogs, they will not be allowed on the premises.

    2. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. This is to ensure that they do not wander away from their owners or disturb other customers.

    3. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Failure to clean up after your dog may result in a cleaning fee or a request to leave the premises.

    4. Dogs are not allowed on chairs, tables, or any other furniture. They must remain on the ground and under the control of their owner.

    5. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their dogs. This includes damage to furniture, property, or other customers’ belongings.

    We hope that all our customers can respect these policies and enjoy a pleasant dining experience with their furry companions. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our dog owner policy, please feel free to ask our staff for assistance.

  • eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Whalers Seaside Dining Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be used in full. Whalers Seaside Dining Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Whalers Seaside Dining Gift Cards expire a certain number of months after issue. Whalers Seaside Dining Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Whalers Seaside Dining and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Online transactions must be made within Australia, New Zealand, The United States or The UK to be valid. You can purchase up to or Gift Cards per transaction. May not be re-sold or bartered for cash. A postage fee will apply for Physical Gift Cards. eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required. Gift Card transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (Stripe) and Now Book It do not have access to the full credit card number. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification Whalers Seaside Dining may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.

  • Physical Gift Vouchers are posted out ($2 handling fee) to the recipient or purchaser. Details can be filled out when purchasing through website.

    Expiry is 3 years from date of issue.

    T&C: Voucher entitles the recipient to a dining (including food and drinks) to the value stated on the voucher at Whalers Seaside Dining. This voucher may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused balance will be forfeited. Voucher must be presented before ordering as proof of validity.
